Antonio Mance
Antonio Mance (born 7 August 1995) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Hungarian club Zalaegerszeg. Club career Mance is a product of youth system of Pomorac Kostrena. Then, he joined Istra 1961. He made his top division debut on 13 April 2014 against Hrvatski Dragovoljac. On 31 January 2019, Mance moved to Nantes on a loan, to replace the late Emiliano Sala, who died in a plane crash. After Mance's loan at Nantes finished, on 21 June 2019, he returned to Croatia and signed a four-year contract with Osijek. The transfer fee was reported as €1 million. He joined 2. Bundesliga club Erzgebirge Aue on a season-long loan from Osijek in August 2021. The loan was cut short in January 2022. He made eight appearances without scoring a goal. The Druga nogometna liga ( eng, Second football league), commonly Druga NL or 2. NL) is the third tier of the football league system. The league was established in 1991 following the dissolution of the Yugoslav League. It is operated by the Croatian Football Federation. 2012–13 Croatian Second Football League
The 2012–13 Druga HNL (also known as 2. HNL) is the 22nd season of Croatia's second level football competition since its establishment in 1992. The season started on 18 August 2012 and is expected to end on 1 June 2013. NK Dugopolje were league champions and earned a place in Croatia's first division, but were unable to complete all the requirement necessary for top league license. None of the teams from 2011–12 season were promoted to 1. HNL. Format The league is contested by 16 teams (one more than in the previous season). Only three teams from Treća HNL were granted license for competing in the Druga HNL, but only Primorac 1929 and Zelina were promoted. 2019 Piper PA-46 Malibu Crash
A Piper PA-46 Malibu light aircraft transporting Argentine football player Emiliano Sala crashed in the English Channel off Alderney in the Channel Islands on 21 January 2019. It had been travelling from Nantes, France, to Cardiff, Wales. Sala was due to begin his career at Cardiff City. Radar contact was lost when the aircraft was 13 nautical miles (24 km; 15 mi) north of Guernsey. After the search for survivors was abandoned on 24 January, a private search for wreckage was launched. Sala's body was recovered, but no trace of the pilot David Ibbotson was found. The AAIB investigation found that Sala's body showed high levels of exposure to carbon monoxide which had leaked into the cabin of the aircraft and may have impaired the judgement of the pilot.
