Antonio Henton
Antonio Henton (born May 20, 1987) is a former quarterback at Georgia Southern University. He played high school football for Peach County High School. High school career Henton was a standout quarterback for Peach County High School in his hometown of Fort Valley, Georgia. As a junior, Henton earned an All-State Honorable Mention after passing for 1,810 yards with 19 touchdowns and only five interceptions. Henton was Georgia Offensive Player of the Year in 2005. Antonio Henton missed the first three games of his senior season (all of which Peach County lost.) Henton returned in Week 4, however, and proceeded to lead his team to a 12-3 record and the state title. College career Henton redshirted as a freshman in 2006 with the Ohio State Buckeyes and was a member of the practice squad. Fort Valley is a city in and the county seat of Peach County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 8,780. Peach County is a county located in the central portion of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 27,695. Its county seat is Fort Valley. The Fort Valley State Wildcats are the athletic teams that represent Fort Valley State University, located in Fort Valley, Georgia, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university. However, in a redshirt year, student athletes may attend classes at the college or university, practice with an athletic team, and "suit up" (wear a team uniform) for play – but they may compete in only a limited number of games (see " Use of status" section). The 2006 Ohio State Buckeyes football team represented Ohio State University in the 2006 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team's head coach was Jim Tressel. Todd Boeckman
Todd Boeckman (born June 8, 1984) is a former American football quarterback. He was signed by the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent on June 17, 2009. He played college football at Ohio State University. College career Boeckman was recruited in 2002, but redshirted and grayshirted, extending his stay with Ohio State for two more seasons. After Heisman Trophy winner Troy Smith graduated after the 2006 season, Boeckman beat out fellow quarterbacks Rob Schoenhoft and Antonio Henton for the starting job. In 2007, he passed for 2,375 yards and 25 touchdowns and was named first-team Big Ten. He also led the Buckeyes to the BCS National Championship Game on January 7, 2008. Robert Lee Chapple (born June 25, 1989) is an American football quarterback for the Atlanta Havoc of the American Arena League (AAL). He signed with the Colorado Ice as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at the University of North Alabama after transferring out of Georgia Southern University.
