Anthony Lehmann (born 20 August 1969) is an Australian comedian, actor, television and radio presenter. Career Born in Peebinga, South Australia, Lehmo started out working as a chartered accountant before realising he did not actually like accounting and decided to give comedy a try. Later he joined Gold 104.3 in Melbourne with Brigitte Duclos making the Morning Show "Brig & Lehmo". When Brig quit, Jo Stanley stepped in and then "Jo & Lehmo" was formed. For many years they were voted best Radio Station in Melbourne. Stand up Lehmo is one of Australia’s most experienced and well-travelled comedians. His live work has seen him headline at comedy clubs for well over fifteen years and work all corners of the globe – USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand. Peebinga, South Australia
Peebinga is a town and locality in the Australian state of South Australia. Peebinga was the terminus of the Peebinga railway line which was built in 1914 as part of a major state government project to open up the Murray Mallee for grazing and cropping. When the railway was built, it terminated in the scrub in the district of Peebinga. The town was later surveyed in 1924 adjacent to the railway station. The current locality of Peebinga includes the historic place of Mootatunga. Mootatunga was the next-to-last stop on the railway line, and is now adjacent to Peebinga Conservation Park and the Browns Well Highway, 5 km west of Peebinga itself. Peebinga was named by Governor of South Australia, Tom Bridges after the district, which had previously been named by Governor Day Bosanquet in 1912 from the Aboriginal name for a rock hole in the area. The Boston Comedy Club was an American comedy club that was located at 82 West 3rd Street in Greenwich Village, New York City between Thompson Street and Sullivan Street. The club was open from 1988 to 2005 and was a starting point for comedians such as Sarah Silverman, Jim Gaffigan, Neal Brennan, Adam Sandler, Jeff Ross, Bert Kreischer, Pete Holmes, Nate Bargatze, and Andrew Schulz. Timothy Mark Vine (born 4 March 1967) is an English comedian, actor, writer, and presenter best known for his one-liners and his role on the sitcom ''Not Going Out'' (2006–2014). He has released a number of stand-up comedy specials and has written several joke books. From 2004 to 2014, Vine held the Guinness World Record for the most jokes told in an hour; each joke had to get a laugh from the audience to count towards the total, and he set the new record with 499 jokes.
