Anthony Greville-Bell
Anthony Greville-Bell, DSO (7 March 1920 – 4 March 2008) was an Australian-born officer who served in the Special Air Service during the Second World War and was later a notable scriptwriter and sculptor. Early life Greville-Bell was born in Sydney, Australia, and educated at Blundell's School. On the outbreak of the Second World War, he enlisted and was commissioned into the British Army's Royal Engineers. Greville-Bell married four times: to Diana Carnegie in 1945, Helen Scott-Duff in 1955, Ann Kennerley in 1972, the three marriages dissolved, and to Lauriance Rogier in 1996. Military career As a sapper officer attached to the 2nd Special Air Service (SAS) commanded by David Stirling, Greville-Bell took part in Operation Speedwell against railway lines in northern Italy carrying German reinforcements and supplies to the front in September 1943. Mike Calvert
Brigadier James Michael Calvert, (6 March 1913 – 26 November 1998) was a British Army officer who was involved in special operations in Burma during the Second World War. He participated in both Chindit operations and was instrumental in popularizing the unorthodox ideas of Orde Wingate. He frequently led attacks from the front, a practice that earned him the nickname amongst the men under his command of "Mad Mike." ''Marked Personal'' was a British daytime television drama created by Charles Dennis and starring Stephanie Beacham and Heather Chasen. The series was made by Thames Television and consisted of 90 episodes, shown twice weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during 1973-74. It is set in the fictional personnel department of a large company called B.Y.A., a large industrial concern. Beacham was replaced by Sheila Scott-Wilkenson playing Lynda Carpenter in later episodes. Douglas Arthur Hickox (10 January 1929 – 25 July 1988) was an English film director, film and television director. Biography Hickox was born in London, where he was educated at Emanuel School. He started in the film industry at age 17, working at Pinewood Studios as "a thirty bob a week office boy". David Hattersley Warner (29 July 1941 – 24 July 2022) was an English actor who worked in film, television and theatre. He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art; after making his stage debut in 1962 he joined the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), with whom he played Henry VI in ''The Wars of the Roses'' cycle at the West End's Aldwych Theatre in 1964.
