Anne Molin Kongsgård
Anne Molin Kongsgård (born 12 November 1977) is a retired Norwegian snowboarder. She was born in Kongsberg as a granddaughter of Arnholdt Kongsgård, and represented Kongsberg IF. Her specialty was the halfpipe, and she finished 16th at the 1998 Winter Olympics and 23rd at the 2005 World Snowboard Championships. Arnholdt Kongsgård
Arnholdt Kongsgård (23 November 1914 – 22 January 1991) was a Norwegian ski jumper who competed before World War II. He won a ski jumping bronze medal at the 1939 World Ski Championships in Zakopane. He had previously finished sixth at the 1938 World Ski Championships and eighth at the 1936 Winter Olympics. Kongsgård was the second record holder of Vikersundbakken, holding the hill record from 1946 to 1951. Kongsberg Idrettforening is a Norwegian sports club from Kongsberg, founded in 1899. It has sections for athletics, gymnastics, alpine skiing, ski jumping, cross country skiing, telemark skiing, snowboarding, speed skating, ice hockey, football, and cycling. The FIS Snowboard World Cup is an annual snowboarding competition, arranged by the International Ski Federation (FIS) since 1994. Since its inauguration, different disciplines have been added and removed, along with categories used to group them. Currently disciplines contested in the World Cup are: ''Parallel Giant Slalom'' and ''Parallel Slalom'' (grouped into Parallel category), ''Halfpipe'', ''Big Air'' and ''Slopestyle'' (grouped into AFU category) and the discipline-category of Snowboard Cross.
