Anne MacKenzie (journalist)
Anne Erica Isobel Mackenzie is a former BBC political and current affairs presenter. Mackenzie worked as a newscaster between 1981 and 1997. She started her career with Grampian TV, in Aberdeen, before joining BBC Scotland in 1995. She became a political and current affairs presenter in 1998, anchoring several BBC network programmes. Mackenzie was also part of the ''Newsnight Scotland'' team, with BBC Scotland, from its launch in October 1999 to July 2007. She could also be heard fronting factual programmes for BBC Radio 4 in London. Early years Mackenzie was born in Stornoway and grew up on the peninsula of Point, Outer Hebrides. Her mother Katie Ann (née Maclean; 1924–1979), was a midwife, and her father Donald (1924-1996) was a postmaster at his parents' post office in Portnaguran. Anne MacKenzie (judge)
Anne MacKenzie is a judge of the Court of Appeal of British Columbia since January 1, 2012. She previously served as the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. MacKenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 followed by a Bachelor of Laws in 1977 from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She articled with the firm of Guild Yule and Company, and upon her call to the bar joined the offices of the Department of Justice. In 1990, she was appointed to the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and was elevated to the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1996. Associate Chief Justice MacKenzie was the first woman to be Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the third person ever to be appointed to Associate Chief Justice in the history of the Supreme Court.

Anne Mackenzie (writer)
Anne Mackenzie (13 August 1818 – 13 February 1877) was a 19th-century British writer. She spent some time teaching at mission schools in South Africa before joining the Zambesi Mission of the Universities' Mission to Central Africa, which was led by her brother, Charles. After his death, she returned to England, where she edited the monthly missionary magazine ''The Net Cast in Many Waters: Sketches from the Life of Missionaries which was'' published by the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel (SPG) in London, from 1866 to 1896. This had a special interest in missions in Zululand, but also covered other Anglican missions, especially those run by the SPG. Working with and for her brother, first at Durban and then at the Umhlali station, Anne grew more and more into his spirit of self-devotion. Anne Mackenzie (politician)
Anne Mackenzie (born 1946/1947) is an American former politician in the state of Florida. She was a member of the Florida House of Representatives for the Democratic Party between 1982 and 1998. Early life Mackenzie grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She attended Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin, graduating in 1972. While attending the college, she was president of Alpha Xi Delta, secretary of the student senate, co-editor of ''The Crimson'' and co-host of a WRPN radio show. She worked as a legislative aide to representative Linda Cox for six years and as member of the Broward County Zoning Advisory Board for two years. In the 1978 general election, she lost a contest for election to the Florida State Senate to Ken Jenne. Anne, Lady Mackenzie-Stuart (7 June 1930 — 14 October 2008) was a Scottish pro-European Union activist. Biography Under the name Anne Millar, the daughter of a solicitor, she was born and grew up in Edinburgh. She spent part of World War II as an evacuee at Bridge of Allan. She attended the University of Edinburgh, graduating in 1951 (MA, LLB). Anna Mackenzie
Lady Anna Mackenzie (1621–1707), also Ann MacKenzie, was a Scottish courtier and memoirist, wife of the first Earl of Balcarres and the mother of the second and third. After her first husband died, she married Archibald Campbell, 9th Earl of Argyll. She was a governess to William III when he was a child. Mackenzie suffered because she was a Jacobite and her second husband was executed for leading a rising against James VII and II which was intended to support the Monmouth Rebellion. She worked to keep together the estates of Balcarres despite the tumultuous times in which she lived and her family's support of the Jacobite cause. Anna Mackenzie (born 22 April 1963) is a New Zealand writer of contemporary, historic and speculative fiction for adult and young adult audiences. She has won numerous awards for her writing and also works as an editor, mentor, teacher of creative writing programmes and public speaker at festivals and in schools. Biography Anna Mackenzie was born in Palmerston North, New Zealand on 22 April 1963. She was a keen reader and wrote her first collection of stories aged 7. She started writing for children when running reading groups at her own children’s school.
