Valkyrie is a fictional superheroine appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character, based on the Norse mythology, Norse mythological figure Brynhildr, was created by Roy Thomas and John Buscema. Secret Avengers
''Secret Avengers'' is an American comic book series published by Marvel Comics featuring a fictional black ops superhero team of the same name. The series started with Ed Brubaker on writing duties, depicting a black-ops sect of Marvel's premier super hero team, the Avengers, which operates under the guidance and leadership of Captain Steve Rogers (the former Captain America). The series is part of the ''Avengers''-line relaunch as part of the " Heroic Age". Publication history Writer Ed Brubaker and artist Mike Deodato were announced as the creative team for the ''Secret Avengers'' title. Odin Borson, the All-Father is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. First mentioned in ''Journey into Mystery'' #85 (Oct. 1962), the character first appears in ''Journey into Mystery'' #86 (Nov. 1962), and was adapted from the Odin of Norse mythology by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The character is depicted as the father of Thor and former king of Asgard. Tom Palmer (comics)
Thomas John Palmer (July 13, 1941 – August 18, 2022) was an American comic book artist best known as an inker for Marvel Comics. Biography Although Tom Palmer created a small amount of penciling work (as well as some cover art and some coloring), the vast majority of his artistic output since the 1960s was as a comic book inker. Reminiscing about how he came to be an inker, Palmer recounted: Palmer's extensive work for Marvel Comics includes runs paired with pencilers Neal Adams on '' The Avengers'' and ''Uncanny X-Men''; Gene Colan, on titles such as ''Doctor Strange'', '' Daredevil'', and ''Tomb of Dracula''; and John Buscema, on ''The Avengers''. Enchantress is the common primary alias of two fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The first of these is a powerful sorceress with the real name of Amora, one of Thor's greatest enemies. The second Enchantress is the young Sylvie Lushton, who was given great mystic powers by Loki when he created her as a tool for chaos. She models herself after the original Enchantress, Amora.
