Anna Tarusina
Anna Sergeyevna Tarusina (russian: Анна Сергеевна Тарусина; born 24 January 2003) is a Russian former competitive figure skater. She is the 2018 CS Alpen Trophy champion. On the junior level, she is the 2018 JGP Slovakia and 2018 JGP Slovenia silver medalist. Personal life Tarusina was born on 24 January 2003 in Moscow. She was diagnosed with vision problems shortly after birth. As a child, Tarusina studied at a music school. Career Early career Tarusina began learning to skate in 2008. Until 2013, she trained in Odintsovo under former coach Sergey Chemodanov. Tarusina finished 12th at the 2015 Russian Junior Championships and 7th at the 2016 Russian Junior Championships. 2019 Russian Figure Skating Championships
The 2019 Russian Figure Skating Championships (russian: Чемпионат России по фигурному катанию на коньках 2019) were held from 19 to 23 December 2018 in Saransk. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The results were among the criteria used to select Russia's teams to the 2019 European Championships and 2019 World Championships. Short Program (figure Skating)
The short program of figure skating is the first of two segments of competitions, skated before the free skating program. It lasts, for both senior and junior singles and pair skaters, 2 minutes and 40 seconds. In synchronized skating, for both juniors and seniors, the short program lasts 2 minutes and 50 seconds. Vocal music with lyrics is allowed for all disciplines since the 2014-2015 season. The short program for single skaters and for pair skaters consists of seven required elements, and there are six required elements for synchronized skaters. RIA Novosti (russian: РИА Новости), sometimes referred to as RIAN () or RIA (russian: РИА, label=none) is a Russian state-owned domestic news agency. 2019–20 ISU Junior Grand Prix
The 2019–20 ISU Junior Grand Prix was the 23rd season of a series of junior international competitions organized by the International Skating Union. It was the junior-level complement to the 2019–20 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Skaters competed for medals in the disciplines of single skating, men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance, as well as for qualifying points. The top six from each discipline qualified for the 2019–20 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, 2019–20 Junior Grand Prix Final, which was held together with the senior final. Serafima "Sima" Andreyevna Sakhanovich (russian: Серафима Андреевна Саханович; born 9 February 2000) is a retired Russian figure skater. She has won six medals on the ISU Challenger Series circuit, and is the 2017 C.S. Warsaw Cup champion, and the 2018 C.S. Tallinn Trophy champion. She is also the 2019 Denis Ten Memorial champion. The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Each event consists of at least three disciplines out of four ( men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing), and is required to take place between August 1 and December 15. Alena Dmitrievna Kanysheva (russian: Алёна Дмитриевна Канышева; born 15 June 2005) is a retired Russian ice dancer who formerly competed in women's singles. As a single skater, she is the 2018 Junior Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, the 2018 JGP Armenia silver medalist, the 2018 JGP Austria silver medalist, and the 2018 Golden Bear of Zagreb champion. She announced her retirement from women's singles and her intention to switch to ice dancing in 2019. Anastasia Anatolyevna Tarakanova (russian: Анастасия Анатольевна Тараканова; born 14 April 2004) is a Russian retired figure skater.
