Anna Stuart
Anna Stuart (born November 1, 1948) is an American actress. She has primarily played roles in daytime serials. Career Stuart began her career on '' The Doctors'' as lab technician Toni Ferra, a role she played from 1971 to 1976. Her character was involved in a triangle with Dr. Mike Powers and Dr. Alan Stewart. She followed up her work on ''The Doctors'' originating the role of Dr. Gina Dante Lansing on rival serial ''General Hospital'' (1977–1978) where she was reunited with her former "The Doctors" co-star Gerald Gordon who played her brother, Dr. Mark Dante. In 1981, she filled in for Maeve Kinkead on ''Guiding Light'' as Vanessa Chamberlain while Kinkead was on maternity leave. It was during this time that Vanessa was a prime suspect in the murder of Diane Ballard. This was Stuart's first time playing a schemer on the soaps, and led to playing other sophisticated trouble-makers on practically every New York based soap. ''One Life to Live'' (often abbreviated as ''OLTL'') is an American soap opera broadcast on the ABC television network for more than 43 years, from July 15, 1968, to January 13, 2012, and then on the internet as a web series on Hulu and iTunes via Prospect Park from April 29 to August 19, 2013. Created by Agnes Nixon, the series was the first daytime drama to primarily feature ethnically and socioeconomically diverse characters and consistently emphasize social issues. Rae Cummings is a fictional character on the ABC daytime soap opera ''One Life to Live''. Linda Dano played the role from 1978 to 1980, from June 28 to November 1999, and from May 2000 to March 12, 2004. Casting and awards Gretel Rae Cummings was originated by Linda Dano from 1978 to 1980. Dano went on to appear on CBS's ''As the World Turns'' and on NBC's '' Another World'' until that series' cancellation on June 25, 1999. Charles Keating (22 October 1941 – 8 August 2014) was an English actor. Background Keating was born in London to Roman Catholic parents who had emigrated from Ireland, Charles James Keating and Margaret (née Shevlin) Keating, Keating moved to the United States via Canada with his family as a teenager. He was working as a hairdresser in Buffalo, New York, when a customer suggested he try out for a local play, making his stage debut in 1959 with the Buffalo Studio Theatre. Keating found steady work with the Cleveland Play House repertory company and was on tour when he met his future wife, actress Mary Chobody. The two were married in 1964 while Keating was serving in the United States Army and directing plays for its entertainment division at Fort Sill in Oklahoma. Keating later acted at the Charles Playhouse in Boston before eventually joining the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis.
