Anna Herrmann (born 6 November 1987) is a German actor. Life Born in Berlin, she made her screen debuts as a child actor in the TV series ''Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast'' and the film ''As Far as My Feet Will Carry Me''. From 2014 to 2018 she trained at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ Leipzig. There her appearances included ''Viel Lärm um nichts'', a German translation of William Shakespeare's '' Much Ado About Nothing''. In 2015 and 2016 she was awarded the Grimmepreis award. Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast (English language, English: "Behind bars - The Women's Prison", in short: HG or HiGi) was a German language, German television series in the form of a soap opera and told the dramaturgically oversubscribed-life in a prison for women. The series was broadcast from 22 September 1997 until 13 February 2007 at the private broadcaster RTL. The acts played in the fictional prison for women, ''Reutlitz'' in Berlin and included lesbian love affairs, drug deals, escape attempts, conflicts with sadistic prison guards, as well as crimes such as murder. RTL Television, RTL decided to cancel the long running drama after 16 seasons and 403 episodes. The last nine episodes were transmitted during the night at 01.05 AM. Rosamunde Pilcher, OBE (''née'' Scott; 22 September 1924 – 6 February 2019) was a British novelist, best known for her sweeping novels set in Cornwall. Her books have sold over 60 million copies worldwide. Early in her career she was published under the pen name Jane Fraser. ''SOKO Stuttgart'' (English title: ''Stuttgart Homicide'') is a German police procedural television series that premiered on 12 November 2009 on ZDF. It is the eighth offshoot of ''SOKO München'', launched in 1978 under the name ''SOKO 5113''. "SOKO" is an abbreviation of the German word ''Sonderkommission'', which means "special investigative team". The first season of ''Stuttgart Homicide'', consisting of twenty episodes, aired on ZDF from November 2009. In February 2022, filming began on the fourteenth season, made up of twenty-five episodes. Crossover On 3 April 2013, five SOKO teams were brought together for a five-part special titled ''SOKO – Der Prozess''. (''In all friendship'') is a German television soap opera that began airing in 1998 every Tuesday. The series follows the staff of the fictional Sachsenklinik hospital in the city of Leipzig. The series is produced by Degeto (a subsidiary of the German TV channel ARD) and by Saxonia Media Filmproduktion GmbH in the studios of Media City Leipzig. The first broadcast was on 26 October 1998.
