Ann Barnes (police Commissioner)
Ann Christine Barnes (born June 1945) was the first Kent Police and Crime Commissioner. She was previously the Chairman of Kent Police Authority for six years and Deputy Chair of the National Association of Police Authorities for three years. Early life and family Barnes was born in St. Helens in 1945 but now lives in Lyminge. She is married to Tony Barnes and has two children. She worked as a teacher for 27 years in Merseyside and Kent. She became a magistrate on the East Kent Bench in 1986. Kent police authority Barnes was appointed as an independent member of the Kent Police Authority (KPA) in 2001, becoming its chairman in 2005. David Brent is a fictional character in the BBC television mockumentary ''The Office'', portrayed by the show's co-creator, co-writer and co-director Ricky Gervais. Brent is a white-collar office middle-manager and the principal character of the series. He is the general manager of the Slough branch of Wernham Hogg paper merchants and the boss of most other characters in the series. Fly on the wall is a style of documentary-making used in film and television production. The name derived from the idea that events are seen candidly, as a fly on a wall might see them. Sir Roger James Gale (born 20th August 1943) is a British politician who has served as the member of Parliament (MP) for North Thanet since 1983. He had a career in journalism and broadcasting from 1964, around the same time as he joined the Conservative Party, until 1983. He was knighted in 2012. KOS Media was a multimedia company based in the county of Kent in South East England. The company operated local newspapers and internet sites throughout the county.
