''Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se'' ( hi, अँखियों के झरोखे से, lit=Through the eyelashes) is a 1978 Indian Hindi language Drama (film and television), drama film, starring Ranjeeta and Sachin (actor), Sachin and directed by Hiren Nag. It was produced and distributed by Rajshri Productions and showcased music by Ravindra Jain. The film was a Blockbuster (entertainment), blockbuster at the box office, earning 4.5 times of its budget. It was 18th highest grossing movie in India in 1978. The title song of the movie was also hugely popular. The film was shot in Mumbai and other locations in India. Jaspal Singh is an Indian singer who lent his voice to various Bollywood actors of 1970's and 1980's. He was born on 23rd March, 1943 in Amritsar, Punjab. Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali. Early life Shailendra Singh was born on 4 October 1952 in Mumbai, India to a Punjabi family. He studied at Hill Grange High School at Peddar Road, and did his graduation from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He then joined the Film and Television Institute of India in Pune to train as an actor. Hemlata (born 16 August 1954) is an Indian classically trained playback singer in Bollywood. She is best known for her songs in the late 1970s, especially Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se song.
