Anisha Anil Patel (born 17 August 1995) is an English cricketer who currently plays for Warwickshire and Central Sparks. She plays as a right-arm leg break bowler. Domestic career Patel made her county debut in 2012, for Warwickshire against Lancashire, in which she took 1/10 from 5 overs. In the 2013 Women's Twenty20 Cup, she took 5 wickets at an average of just 5.20, and a season later she was Warwickshire's joint-leading wicket-taker in the same tournament, with 6 wickets at an average of 14.00. In 2015, she took 8 wickets at an average of 18.62 in the County Championship. In 2017 and 2018, Patel was Warwickshire's leading wicket-taker in the County Championship, with 14 and 10 wickets, respectively. In 2017 she was also the joint-third leading wicket-taker across the whole tournament, and achieved her List A best bowling figures, taking 6/17 against Nottinghamshire. 2019 Women's Twenty20 Cup
The 2019 Women's Twenty20 Cup, known for sponsorship reasons as the 2019 Vitality Women's Twenty20 Cup was the 11th cricket Women's Twenty20 Cup tournament. It took place in June, with 35 teams taking part: 33 county teams plus Scotland and Wales. Warwickshire Women won the Twenty20 Cup, as winners of Division 1, therefore achieving their first title. The 2022 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy was the third edition of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, an English women's cricket 50-over domestic competition, which took place between 2 July and 25 September 2022. It featured eight teams playing in a round-robin group, followed by a knock-out round. The holders were the Southern Vipers, who won the first two editions of the competition. It ran alongside the Charlotte Edwards Cup. The tournament was named after former England captain Rachael Heyhoe Flint, Baroness Heyhoe-Flint, who died in 2017. Northern Diamonds finished top of the group stage, qualifying directly for the final. Northern Diamonds are a women's cricket team that represent the traditional areas of the North East and Yorkshire, one of eight regional hubs in English domestic women's cricket. They play their home matches at Headingley, the Riverside, Roseworth Terrace and North Marine Road. They are captained by Hollie Armitage and coached by former England cricketer Danielle Hazell.
