Anini-y, Antique
Anini-y, officially the Municipality of Anini-y ( krj, Banwa kang Anini-y; hil, Banwa sang Anini-y; tl, Bayan ng Anini-y), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Antique, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 22,018 people. Making it 14th most populous municipality in the province of Antique. History During the Spanish era, Anini-y was already an independent town with a Baroque church located on the heart of its town proper. Sometime during the American period, Anini-y was integrated into the municipality of Tobias Fornier (formerly Dao). On August 5, 1949, the town of Anini-y became independent again from the municipality of Tobias Fornier. Geography Anini-y is the southernmost municipality of the province and is about from the provincial capital, San Jose de Buenavista. Poverty is measured in different ways by different bodies, both governmental and nongovernmental. Measurements can be absolute, which references a single standard, or relative, which is dependent on context. John of Nepomuk (or John Nepomucene) ( cs, Jan Nepomucký; german: Johannes Nepomuk; la, Ioannes Nepomucenus) ( 1345 – 20 March 1393) was the saint of Bohemia (Czech Republic) who was drowned in the Vltava river at the behest of Wenceslaus IV of Bohemia.
