Anicka Chabeli Arrieta Castañeda (born December 16, 1999) is a Filipina Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC, Mount Druitt Town Rangers and the Philippines women's national football team, Philippines women's national team. Personal life Castañeda was born on December 16, 1999. She has a brother and an elder sister, Sara Castañeda, who is also a footballer and has played for the national team as well. She attended high school at De La Salle Zobel before moving to De La Salle University. Career Castañeda played for the women's junior futsal team of De La Salle Zobel. She was named junior MVP at the WNCAA in 2016. She was also the captain of the Metro Manila, National Capital Region team that played at the secondary girls event of the 2017 Palarong Pambansa. The 2017 Palarong Pambansa was the 60th edition of the Palarong Pambansa and was held from April 23 to 29, 2017 in Antique. Student athletes from 18 athletic associations representing the 18 regions of the Philippines competed in different sporting events and disciplines. Bidding Two provinces remained after Negros Occidental, Cebu and Iloilo backed-out of the bid to host the annual multi-sports event in 2017 due to budget difficulties, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique and Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental showed interest in hosting the event and officially submitted their respective bids to the Palarong Pambansa bids and selection committee. 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup

Eight member universities of the UAAP competed in the league's fifteen sports to vie for the general championship. Opening ceremony The opening ceremony was held on September 8, 2018 at the Mall of Asia Arena with the tagline "It All Begins Here". The ceremony kicked off with an intermission number led by the NU Chorale, NU Underdawgz and the NU Pep Squad. NBA star Stephen Curry made a special appearance and led the oath of sportsmanship for the athletes. Tournament format The tournament has three divisions: men, women and boys. As of season 77 (2014–15), eight member universities field a team in the men's division and five in the women's division.
