Angela Lampe
Angela Lampe is a German art historian, curator at the Centre Pompidou. Career Originally from Germany, she studied art history at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. After completing her thesis in 1999, she was appointed curator at the Kunsthalle Bielefeld in Germany, where she organized several exhibitions. She was appointed Curator of Modern Art at the Centre Pompidou in 2005. The Centre Pompidou (), more fully the Centre national d'art et de culture Georges-Pompidou ( en, National Georges Pompidou Centre of Art and Culture), also known as the Pompidou Centre in English, is a complex building in the Beaubourg area of the 4th arrondissement of Paris, near Les Halles, rue Montorgueil, and the Marais. The Jewish Museum is an art museum and repository of cultural artifacts, housed at 1109 Fifth Avenue, in the former Felix M.
