Andy Egert
Andreas "Andy" Egert (born 24 July 1961) is a Swiss blues guitarist, harmonica player and singer. Egert, who started his career around 30 years ago as a street musician, is mainly a live performing artist who does around 100 live performances a year. He has also performed live in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Lithuania, the United States, Poland and Panama, under his own name or in collaborations with blues singers such as Bob Stroger, Robert Lucas and Dallas Hodge. Egert was awarded the Swiss Blues Award in 2010. Biography Egert was born in Mels, Switzerland, as the fifth of eight children. He started to play the guitar at the age of 19. However, when starting his first band "The Cool" in 1980 he initially played bass. At that time the band's music was mainly rock, influenced by bands like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Cream. Mels is a municipality in the ''Wahlkreis'' (constituency) of Sarganserland in the Seeztal, canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Johnny Winter
John Dawson Winter III (February 23, 1944 – July 16, 2014) was an American singer and guitarist. Winter was known for his high-energy blues rock albums and live performances in the late 1960s and 1970s. He also produced three Grammy Award-winning albums for blues singer and guitarist Muddy Waters. After his time with Waters, Winter recorded several Grammy-nominated blues albums. In 1988, he was inducted into the Blues Foundation Hall of Fame and in 2003, he was ranked 63rd in ''Rolling Stone'' magazine's list of the " 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time". Ronnie Baker Brooks (born January 23, 1967) is an American Chicago blues and soul blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. He was a respected club performer in Chicago, even before recording three solo albums for Watchdog Records. Marshall is a British company that designs and manufactures music amplifiers, speaker cabinets, brands personal headphones and earphones, drums and bongos. Freddie King
Freddie King (September 3, 1934December 28, 1976) was an American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. He is considered one of the "Three Kings of the Blues Guitar" (along with Albert King and B.B. King, none of whom were blood related). Mostly known for his soulful and powerful voice and distinctive guitar playing, King had a major influence on electric blues music and on many later blues guitarists.
