Andy Bobrow
Andy Bobrow is an American television writer and producer known for his work on ''Community''. He was previously a writer for '' Malcolm in the Middle'', head writer for '' The Last Man on Earth'', '' Brooklyn Nine-Nine'', ''Bless the Harts'' and created a mockumentary called '' The Old Negro Space Program''. He currently voices Owly on the ''Love Me Cat Show''. Early life and career Bobrow attended Berkley High School in Berkley, Michigan, and Michigan State University. He plays the tuba and majored in music. He was a copywriter at several advertising agencies in Detroit and Los Angeles, including Campbell-Ewald and Ketchum. Bobrow also performed in the Groundlings Theater Sunday Company. The WB Television Network (for Warner Bros., or the "Frog Network", for its former mascot, Michigan J. Frog) was an American television network launched on terrestrial television, broadcast television on January 11, 1995, as a joint venture between the Warner Bros., Warner Bros. Entertainment division of Time Warner and the Tribune Broadcasting subsidiary of the Tribune Media, Tribune Company, with the former acting as controlling partner. The network aired programs targeting teenagers and young adults between 12 and 34, with its children's division, Kids' WB, geared toward children 6 to 12. Jordan Black (born Gary Andre McCrory; November 9, 1970) is an American comedy writer and actor. Life and career Black was born in Kankakee, Illinois. He has written for ''Saturday Night Live'' and starred in the Comedy Central show '' Halfway Home'' as Sebastian "C-Bass" Yates, an ex-convict for internet fraud. He voiced Sullivan Carrew in the 2004 mockumentary ''The Old Negro Space Program''. He also appeared as himself in a 2003 episode of ''MADtv''. Black is also an alumnus of The Groundlings, a Los Angeles-based improvisational and sketch comedy troupe and theatre. Groundlings
The Groundlings is an American improvisational and sketch comedy troupe and school based in Los Angeles. The troupe was formed by Gary Austin in 1974 and uses an improv format influenced by Viola Spolin, whose improvisational theater techniques were taught by Del Close and other members of the Second City, located in Chicago and later St. Louis. They used these techniques to produce sketches and improvised scenes. Its name is taken from Shakespeare's ''Hamlet'', Act III, Scene II: "...to split the ears of the groundlings, who for the most part are capable of nothing but inexplicable dumbshows and noise." In 1975 the troupe purchased and moved into its current location on Melrose Avenue.
