André Renato Soares Martins (born 21 January 1990) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Be'er Sheva as a central midfielder. Formed at Sporting CP, where he made 103 total appearances, he won the Super League Greece at Olympiacos and two Ekstraklasa titles for Legia Warsaw. Club career Sporting CP After graduating from Sporting CP's youth academy Martins was loaned out, along with six other former club juniors, to Real S.C. in the third division. Poland Ekstraklasa (), meaning "Extra Class" in Polish, named PKO Ekstraklasa since the 2019–20 season due to its sponsorship by PKO Bank Polski, is the top Polish professional league for men's association football teams. Contested by 18 clubs, operating a system of promotion and relegation with the I liga, seasons start in July, and end in May or June the following year. Teams play a total of 34 games each. Diego Ángel Capel Trinidad (; born 16 February 1988) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a left winger. The 2011–12 Primeira Liga (also known as Liga ZON Sagres for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th season of the Primeira Liga, the top professional league for Portuguese association football clubs. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. José Albano Ferreira da Mota (born 25 February 1964) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played mainly as a right-back, currently a manager. He spent most of his playing career with Paços de Ferreira, where he also began his coaching career and won two Segunda Liga titles. In two decades as a manager he led eight teams in Primeira Liga, and won the Taça de Portugal for Aves in 2018. Paulo Sérgio Bento Brito (born 19 February 1968), known as Paulo Sérgio, is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a forward, currently manager of Portimonense. He amassed Primeira Liga totals of 86 matches and 18 goals over seven seasons, but played mainly in the lower divisions of Portugal.
