André Dallaire
André Dallaire (born 1961) is a Canadian man who attempted to assassinate Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien in 1995. Dallaire claimed that he heard voices that led him to break into the 24 Sussex Drive residence. At trial, Justice Paul Bélanger agreed with Dallaire's earlier diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia and found Dallaire guilty of attempted murder, but not criminally responsible. F.J. "Jack" Ramsay (born August 23, 1937) is a former Reform Party of Canada member of the House of Commons of Canada and former Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer. He was later convicted for indecent assault for actions during his time as an officer.
