Andrey Kemarsky
Andrey Vadimovich Kemarsky (russian: Андрей Вадимович Кемарский) (born 1 January 1955) is a Russian diplomat. Since 28 October 2020 he has been serving as Ambassador of Russia to Botswana. He has previously served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Angola, with concurrent accreditation to the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mozambique, with concurrent accreditation to Swaziland.
