Andrey Yuryevich Belyaninov (in russian: Андрей Юрьевич Бельянинов, born July 14, 1957) is a Russian businessman and government official. He is a Chairman of the Eurasian Development Bank since 2017. Belyaninov graduated from Moscow Plekhanov Academy of National Economy and holds a Doctorate in Economics. Biography As a child, he starred in Eugene Karelov "Children of Don Quixote" Belyaninov graduated from the Moscow Plekhanov Academy of National Economy in 1978. After graduation he worked in the First Main Directorate of the KGB in East Germany. He was also a financial expert at the REA bank and chairman of Novikombank. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) is an international financial institution investing in the development of the economies, trade and other economic ties, and integration in Eurasian countries. The EDB was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Federal Service for Defence Contracts of the Russian Federation (russian: Федеральная служба по оборонному заказу, short name Rosoboronzakaz) was the governmental office that obeyed the Russian Ministry of Defence. It controlled and supervised Russian central and regional executive authorities and officials when they acted in the area of contracting services for the needs of the Ministry. It was formed on March 11, 2003. On September 8, 2014, president Vladimir Putin and prime minister Dmitry Medvedev agreed to dissolve it.
