Andrew Wilson (golfer)
Andrew Wilson (born 29 March 1994) is an English professional golfer. As an amateur, Wilson competed on the British Universities and Colleges Sport circuit. He also competed at the Men's Home Internationals. Wilson qualified for the 2019 Open Championship through regional qualifying at Notts Golf Club. This was his first major championship. He finished tied for 32nd. Wilson played on the PGA EuroPro Tour in 2019, winning the Motocaddy Masters in early July. The European Tour (currently known as the DP World Tour for sponsorship reasons), legally the PGA European Tour is the leading men's professional golf tour in Europe. The organisation also operates the European Senior Tour (for players aged fifty or older) and the developmental Challenge Tour; the second tier of men’s professional golf in Europe. The tour's headquarters are at the Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey, England. The European Tour was established by the British-based Professional Golfers' Association through the 1970s, and responsibility was transferred to an independent PGA European Tour organisation in 1984. Sir Timothy Miles Bindon Rice (born 10 November 1944) is an English lyricist and author.
