Andrew Whittaker (engineer)
Andrew Stuart Whittaker (born February 14, 1956) is an American structural engineer who is currently a SUNY Distinguished Professor in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. Education Whittaker earned a bachelor's of science in civil engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1977.
