Andrew R. Ciesla
Andrew R. Ciesla (born July 24, 1953) is an American Republican Party politician who served in the New Jersey Senate from 1992 to 2012, where he represented the 10th Legislative District. From 1994 to 1997, Ciesla was the Assistant Majority Leader in the Senate. New Jersey's 10th Legislative District is one of 40 in the state, covering the Ocean County municipalities of Bay Head Borough, Brick Township, Island Heights Borough, Lakehurst Borough, Lavallette Borough, Manchester Township, Mantoloking Borough, Point Pleasant Beach Borough, Seaside Heights Borough and Toms River Township as of the 2011 apportionment. Demographic characteristics As of the 2020 United States census, the district had a population of 228,713, of whom 190,141 (83.1%) were of voting age.
