Andrew Hinson
Andrew Hinson (born 17 August 1976) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played for the Penrith Panthers and South Sydney Rabbitohs, South Sydney in the National Rugby League (NRL). Hinson grew up in the Blue Mountains (New South Wales), Blue Mountains region, attending St Columba's Catholic College, St Columba's Catholic College, Springwood. From 1997 to 2001 he played in the NRL for Penrith, making 49 first-grade appearances. He featured as a winger in his first three seasons, before switching to the centre, where he played in his season at South Sydney in 2002, which was the club's first after being re-admitted to the competition. Now based on the Sunshine Coast, Hinson has coached local club the Kawana Dolphins. Penrith Panthers
The Penrith Panthers are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the western Sydney suburb of Penrith that competes in the NRL. The team is based west of the centre of Sydney, at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Penrith are the current reigning NRL Premiers, having won the title four times. Penrith were admitted to the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) competition in 1967. Penrith struggled for almost twenty years before finally reaching their first finals series. The club achieved its first Grand Final appearance in 1990 but were beaten by the Canberra Raiders 18–14. The following year, Penrith met Canberra again in the 1991 Grand Final, this time winning the game 19–12. Penrith won the NRL premiership again in 2003. The National Rugby League (NRL) is an Australasian rugby league club competition which contains clubs from New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and New Zealand. The NRL formed in 1998 as a joint partnership between the Australian Rugby League (ARL) and media giant News Corporation-controlled Super League, in the aftermath of the 1990s Super League war, in which both ran parallel to each other in 1997. The partnership was dissolved in 2012, with control of the NRL going to the re-constituted ARL, which was re-structured with an independent board of directors and renamed the Australian Rugby League Commission. St Columba's Catholic College, formerly the St Columba's High School, is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school, located in the Blue Mountains region, on the border of Winmalee and Springwood, in New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1979, the school is set in the grounds of the St Columba's property, which has extensive bushland surrounding the school. The Sunshine Coast Daily is an online newspaper specifically serving the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, Australia. It is owned by News Corp Australia. It was originally founded as a print newspaper, however since 2020 the publication is only available in digital forms. In 2008, the circulation of the ''Sunshine Coast Daily'' was 21,604 Monday to Friday and 34,716 on Saturday. In 2015, those figures are down to 12,200 Monday to Friday and just under 18,000 on Saturday.
