Andrew Dallas (referee)
Andrew Dallas (born 1 February 1983) is a Scottish football referee. He regularly officiates matches in the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Championship. In January 2015, Dallas was named on FIFA's international list. The following year, he was promoted from UEFA's third category to its second category. He has since officiated matches in the UEFA Europa League, UEFA European Under-19 Championship and UEFA Nations League, amongst others. Dallas resigned from the FIFA list in June 2019. Dallas was appointed referee for both the 2018 Scottish Challenge Cup Final and 2018 Scottish League Cup Final. The UEFA Nations League is a biennial international football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the member associations of UEFA, the sport's European governing body. The first tournament began in September 2018. The four group winners from League A qualified for the finals, played in Portugal in June 2019. The competition largely replaces the international friendly matches previously played on the FIFA International Match Calendar, with European national teams engaging in more frequent competitive matches against other European national teams of comparable quality. Hugh Dallas
Hugh Dallas MBE (born 26 October 1957) is a Scottish former football referee. He officiated at two FIFA World Cup tournaments, in 1998 and 2002; he was appointed fourth official for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Final. Dallas also officiated at the 1996 Olympic Games, the 1999 UEFA Cup Final and several UEFA Champions League matches. From June 2009 until November 2010, Dallas was the SFA's Referee Development Officer. He is a UEFA Referee Officer. Refereeing career Dallas was born in Allanton, near Shotts. He refereed his first amateur match in 1982 between Motherwell Bridgeworks and Victoria AFC. UEFA European Under-19 Championship
The UEFA European Under-19 Championship, or simply UEFA Under-19 Championship or the UEFA Euro U-19, is an annual football competition contested by the European men's under-19 national teams of the member associations of UEFA. Spain and England are the joint most successful team in this competition, having won eleven titles each. England are also the current champions.
