Andrew Copp
Andrew Copp (born July 8, 1994) is an American professional ice hockey forward for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the fourth round, 104th overall, by the Winnipeg Jets in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Early life Copp was born on July 8, 1994, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S. to parents Andy and Anne Marie Copp. His mother was a figure skating coach for the University of Michigan Wolverines and his father coached his youth hockey teams. His younger brother Tyler also played ice hockey growing up, but chose to pursue golf and attend Mercer University. The Michigan Wolverines men's ice hockey team is the college ice hockey team that represents the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jordan Staal
Jordan Staal (born September 10, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre and captain of the Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is regarded as a premier penalty-killer, both for his strong defensive skills and ability to score and set up shorthanded goals. In 2007, he became the youngest player (18 years and 153 days) to score a hat trick in league history. Staal grew up playing minor hockey for the Thunder Bay Kings AAA organization. The Carolina Hurricanes (colloquially known as the Canes) are a professional ice hockey team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Matthew "Matt" Halischuk (born June 1, 1988) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the New Jersey Devils, Nashville Predators and Winnipeg Jets. Halischuk is of Ukrainian descent. Lucas Glendening (born April 28, 1989) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League (NHL). The 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships (formerly called the IIHF U20 World Championship) was the 38th edition of the Ice Hockey World Junior Championship (WJHC), hosted in Malmö, Sweden.
