Andrew Black (23 September 1917 – 16 February 1989) was a Scottish footballer, who played as an inside forward. He was born in Stirling. Andrew Black (born 20 July 1965) is a poker player from Belfast, Northern Ireland, who presently resides in Dublin. Early Life Black played cards with his mother when he was younger. He began playing more seriously in 1986, whilst he was studying for a law degree at Trinity College, Dublin. He also began playing in the Griffin Casino in Dublin, reportedly because of the free food and coffee. Career He was knocked out of the 1997 World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event by the eventual winner, Stu Ungar. The following year a documentary titled ''Million Dollar Deal'' (narrated by John Hurt) was made of his visit to the same tournament. When he lost that too, he discarded all his possessions, travelled to England and lived in a semi-monastic Buddhist environment for 5 years. Andrew Black (born 13 May 1963) is a British entrepreneur who, together with Edward Wray, a gambling entrepreneur, founded Betfair, the world's first and largest bet exchange. He is now a noted angel investor in technology businesses in the UK and further afield, and is a keen race horse owner and professional bridge player. He has won many awards, most notably Ernst & Young emerging entrepreneur of the year in 2002 (shared with Wray). Andrew Dennis Biersack (born December 26, 1990), formerly known as Andy Six, is an American singer. He is the founder and lead vocalist of the rock band Black Veil Brides and is its only remaining original member. In 2014, he started a solo music project under the moniker Andy Black and released his debut album, ''The Shadow Side'', in 2016. Early life and education Biersack was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Chris and Amy Biersack. For his early education, Biersack attended a Catholic elementary school, which he has spoken of in many interviews. His preschool teacher was Jamie Peters, who had a big influence on his creativity. Andrew Scott Black (born 20 September 1995) is a Scottish footballer who used to play as a midfielder for Cowdenbeath. He has previously played for Dundee, Forfar Athletic, Fauldhouse United, Stirling Albion, Edinburgh City, Kelty Hearts, East Kilbride and Cowdenbeath. Career Black was with Hibernian as a youth, then moved to Dundee. He made his first professional appearance on 7 February 2015, coming on as a substitute for Dundee in a Scottish Cup tie against Celtic. Andrew Black (15 January 1859, Glasgow – 15 September 1920) was a Scottish baritone who was primarily known for his performances in oratorios and other works from the concert repertoire. He was particularly admired for his performances of Felix Mendelssohn's ''Elijah'' which he first performed at the Birmingham Triennial Music Festival in 1894. He made several recordings for His Master's Voice in London from 1901-1906 which are chronicled in volume one of ''The Record of Singing''. Black began his career as a church organist with the United Presbyterian Church in Glasgow. He then studied singing with Alberto Randegger and John B.
