Andrew Adams (born October 28, 1992) is an American football safety for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Connecticut. College career Adams started 33 games throughout his college tenure including all 12 in 2014 and all 13 in 2015. He was one of four captains his senior year with the Huskies. He led the Huskies with 103 tackles, as well as adding three interceptions and seven passes defended in his final season as a Husky. Safety is a position in gridiron football on the defense. The safeties are defensive backs who line up ten to fifteen yards from the line of scrimmage. There are two variations of the position: the free safety and the strong safety. Their duties depend on the defensive scheme. Carson James Wentz (born December 30, 1992) is an American football quarterback for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). Wentz played college football at North Dakota State, where he won two consecutive NCAA FCS national championships as the team's starter. Natnael Sabhato Berhe (born July 6, 1991) is a former American football free safety. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at San Diego State. Early years Berhe was born in Fontana, California, and attended Colton High School. His mother, Judy, is African American; his father, Berhe Asfaha, emigrated from Eritrea in 1970. During his youth, his family owned a gas station. His cousin Isaac Amanios, also an immigrant from Eritrea, was killed in the 2015 San Bernardino shooting. Darian Thompson (born September 22, 1993) is a former American football safety who is currently an assistant linebackers coach and quality control coach for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Boise State University, and was selected by the New York Giants in third round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Early years Thompson attended Paraclete High School in Lancaster, California. He played defensive back and wide receiver. For his career he had 152 tackles and 12 interceptions. The UConn Huskies football team is a college football team that represents the University of Connecticut in the sport of American football. The team competes in NCAA Division I FBS as an Independent. Connecticut first fielded a team in 1896, and participated in Division I-AA until 1999. The Huskies began their two-year Division I-A transition period in 2000, and became a full-fledged Division I-A team in 2002. From 2000 to 2003 the team played as an independent.
