Andrei Vladimirovich Kobyakov ( be, Андрэй Уладзіміравіч Кабякоў, ''Andrei Uladzimiravich Kabyakow''; russian: Андрей Владимирович Кобяков; born 21 November 1960) is a Belarusian politician.
