Andrei Vladimirovich Kobyakov ( be, Андрэй Уладзіміравіч Кабякоў, ''Andrei Uladzimiravich Kabyakow''; russian: Андрей Владимирович Кобяков; born 21 November 1960) is a Belarusian politician. Until 1991, it was known as the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic as the head of the government of the constituent republic of the Soviet Union.
