Andon Dončevski
Andon Dončevski (, born 19 November 1935) is a former Yugoslav football coach and former player. Club career Born in Kavadarci,"50. godina fudbala vo Makedonija", page 66 Kingdom of Yugoslavia, he played with FK Vardar youth team in 1952. He was incorporated into the first team of Vardar, becoming their main goal scorer in the Yugoslav First League and Second League amassing a record 217 goals. Among the awards for his efficiency and scoring was an invitation from Red Star Belgrade to play on their team during their tour in South America. He later coached Vardar from 1985 to 1988. In the 1986–1987 season he won the title with Vardar but after legal proceedings the title was given to Partizan. Dončevski took a new challenge to pass on his experience abroad to Anorthosis Famagusta, Espérance de Tunis, Preston Lions FC, the VPL, in Australia. Early life and education Andon is Palestinian born and moved from Jerusalem to Brisbane Australia when he was three years old. He ran his own marketing firm at the age of 15 while also selling books at the markets in Manly. Career Andon founded Vuly Trampolines at the age of 18. Using money he made from his marketing venture along with a loan from his father, he began the company out of his bedroom. Andon Lazov Yanev ( bg, Андон Лазов Янев), nicknamed Kyoseto, was a Bulgarian revolutionary and a freedom fighter of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organization (IMARO). Although he identified as Bulgarian, according to the historiography in North Macedonia, he was an ethnic Macedonian. Biography Early years Andon Kyoseto was born in 1855 in the village of Golozinci, Manastir Vilayet in Ottoman Empire. Until the age of 16, he worked as a shepherd with his two brothers and his two sisters. After his father was arrested and taken away to Thessaloniki, they moved in Veles into the house of their uncle. In Veles, Andon killed an eminent Turk and escaped to Thessaloniki, where he joined the revolutionary organization IMARO. Andon Kalchev ( bg, Андон Калчев) (1910 – 27 August 1948) was a Bulgarian army officer, one of the leaders of the Bulgarian-backed Ohrana, a paramilitary formation of Bulgarians in Greek Macedonia during World War II Axis occupation. He was active outside the Bulgarian occupied area of Macedonia, under the tolerance of the Italian and German authorities which used him in their fights with rival Greek EAM-ELAS and Yugoslav Communist resistance groups. Because of his collaborationist activity, he was sentenced to death by Greek military tribunal, and was executed by firing squad on 27 August 1948.
