Anastasios Kyriakos
Tasos Kyriakos ( el, Τάσος Κυριάκος; born 14 August 1978) is a fprmer Greek footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. Career Born in Giannouli, Larissa, Kyriakos started his career at his hometown with Apollon Larissa and he later moved to the local giants AEL, then playing in Beta Ethniki. Since 2002 he has been playing in the Greek First Division, as a member of Kallithea, Olympiacos, Aris, Asteras Tripolis and again AEL, where he returned on 25 August 2008 and played for one season. On 15 July 2013 he signed an annual contract with Iraklis. In January 2014, Kyriakos signed a contract with Greek Football League club Paniliakos F.C. The transfer from Kallithea F.C. to Olympiacos F.C. was by some seen as a surprise move despite the fact that Olympiacos F.C. had competition for the signature of the player. Tyrnavos ( el, Τύρναβος) is a municipality in the Larissa regional unit, of the Thessaly region of Greece. It is the second-largest town of the Larissa regional unit, after Larissa. The town is near the mountains and the Thessalian Plain. The river Titarisios, a tributary of the Pineios, flows through the town. Tyrnavos is bypassed by the GR-3 (Larissa - Kozani - Niki) and has an old road connecting the town to Elassona. It will be linked with a superhighway numbered 3 (A3) with an unscheduled opening date. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship. The league is contested by 14 teams and runs from August to May, with the three lowest-placed teams being relegated to the Cypriot Second Division, and replaced by the top three teams in that division. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
