Ana Segura (weightlifter)
Ana Iris Segura (born 26 July 1991) is a Colombian weightlifter. She won the silver medal in the women's 49 kg event at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru. She also won the silver medal in her event at the 2015 Pan American Games held in Toronto, Canada. In February 2020, she was provisionally suspended after testing positive for the anabolic steroid boldenone Boldenone (developmental code name RU-18761), is a naturally occurring anabolic–androgenic steroid (AAS) and the 1(2)- dehydrogenated analogue of testosterone. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS; french: Tribunal arbitral du sport, ''TAS'') is an international body established in 1984 to settle disputes related to sport through arbitration.
