Amália Sterbinszky
Amália Sterbinszky (born 29 September 1950) is a former Hungarian handball player who was voted the best female handballer of the twentieth century in Hungary. She competed in two Olympic Games (1976, 1980), winning the bronze medal at the first one. Sterbinszky also collected three bronze medals at the World Championships and crowned her long and successful international career with a silver at the 1982 World event, which was held on home soil. Sterbinszky finished her career in Denmark, subsequently taking the coaching position of the Danish national team. Hajdúszoboszló
Hajdúszoboszló () is a town in Hajdú-Bihar county, Hungary, southwest of county seat Debrecen. It is the third largest town in Hajdú-Bihar county. Etymology The name comes from a Slavic personal name Soběslav (see e.g. Soběslav, Soběslavice, Sebeslavce). Location The town is located in the northeastern part of the Great Hungarian Plain. Three regions meet near the town: the Hajdúhát ridge to the north-north-east, the Hortobágy National Park (Puszta) to the north-north-west, and the Great Sárrét and Berettyó region to the south. The Danish Women's Handball League ( da, Damehåndboldligaen) is the top professional league for Denmark, Danish women's Team handball, handball clubs. It is administered by the Danish Handball Federation, and the winners are recognized as Danish champions. The league is officially called Bambusa Kvindeligaen for sponsorship reasons.
