Amma (1986 Film)
''Amma'' is a 1986 Indian Hindi-language film directed by Jiten and produced by B. B. Katra and Jiten himself, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Vijay Arora, Raakhee, and Ashok Kumar. Plot ''Amma'' is an emotional family film featuring Ashok Kumar and Raakhee in stellar roles. Summary Shanta (Rakhi Gulzar) and Prabin (Suresh Oberoi) was married. Nabin (Mithun Chakraborty) is Prabin's younger brother. On the day of marriage, the police raided the house, but did not get Nabin. The reason for Nabin's crime is not disclosed. Then Nabin meets Shanta in the bus, but the police attacks the bus and Nabin escapes again. Meantime, Prabin wins the case of their old ancestral property. Mithun Chakraborty
Mithun Chakraborty (born Gouranga Chakraborty; 16 June 1950) is an Indian actor, producer and politician who predominantly worked in Hindi and Bengali language films. He is a former Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament. He is the recipient of three National Film Awards and two Filmfare Awards for his acting performance. Chakraborty made his acting debut with the art house drama ''Mrigayaa'' (1976), for which he won his first National Film Award for Best Actor. Priti Sapru (also spelled as Preeti Sapru), is an Indian actress known for her works in Punjabi and Hindi cinema. Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali. Early life Shailendra Singh was born on 4 October 1952 in Mumbai, India to a Punjabi family. Hariharan (born 3 April 1955) is an Indian playback, bhajan and ghazal singer who predominantly sings in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu languages. Amit Kumar (born 3 July 1952) is an Indian playback singer, actor, music composer. Kumar launched his own music production company, named Kumar Brothers Music. He predominantly worked in Bollywood and regional film songs since the 1970s, including 150 Hindi and Bengali compositions by R. D. Burman. After Burman's death in 1994, citing a lack of quality music composition, Kumar withdrew from playback singing and concentrated on live orchestra shows.
