Amity School
The Amity School in Lincolnton, Georgia, United States is a historic school built during 1902–04. It was also used as a meeting hall. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. It is located at Clay Hill Road west of the junction with GA 43. It is a large two-story frame building that is approximately by in size. The city of Lincolnton is the county seat of Lincoln County, Georgia, Lincoln County, Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia, United States. The population was 1,480 at the 2020 United States Census, 2020 census. It contains numerous houses and historic districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Both the city and the county were named for General Benjamin Lincoln, who served in the Continental Army during the American Revolution.
