Amirul Adli Azmi
Muhammad Amirul Adli bin Azmi (born 13 January 1996) is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a defender for Singapore Premier League club Geylang International and the Singapore national team. Club career In 2011, he made his debut for Courts Young Lions against S-league side Woodlands Wellington which he came on for Safuwan Baharudin. International career Amirul was first called up to the national team against Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong in 2014. He made his international debut against Papua New Guinea on 6 September 2014, replacing Afiq Yunos in the 46th minute. He got his second cap in a 2–0 win against Laos on 13 November 2014, replacing Baihakki Khaizan in the 87th minute. 2018 Singapore Premier League
The 2018 Singapore Premier League (also known as the Great Eastern Hyundai Singapore Premier League due to sponsorship reasons) was the inaugural season of the Singapore Premier League, the top-flight Singaporean professional league for association football clubs. The season began on 31 March 2018, and concluded on 3 October 2018. Albirex Niigata (S) won the league and successfully defended their title. Each team will receive $888,200 if they meet key performance indicators that will be made known to them before the March 31 kick-off. This represents a "19 per cent reduction from the 2017 season", but funding for the league has been secured for the next five years. It is the league's first season after rebranding from the S.League to the Singapore Premier League. The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. It has 47 member countries most of which are located in Asia. Australia, formerly in Oceania Football Confederation, OFC, joined AFC in 2006. Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, both Territories of the United States, territories of the United States, are also AFC members that are geographically in Oceania. Singapore Cup
The Singapore Cup is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic Singaporean football. Established in 1998, it is the foremost football cup competition in the country. It is open to clubs in the Singapore Premier League. Since 2005, foreign teams from other countries in Southeast Asia are occasionally invited to compete in the Singapore Cup. Chonburi Province FC from Thailand was the first foreign club reaching the final in 2006 (they lost 3–2 in the final to local club Tampines Rovers). In 2009, Bangkok Glass became the second foreign team to reach the final, losing against local club Geylang United, but they beat Tampines Rovers in 2010 to become the first foreign winners of the Singapore Cup. Muhammad Shahfiq bin Ghani (born 17 March 1992), also known as just Shahfiq, is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays mainly as a forward or midfielder for Singapore Premier League club Geylang International and the Singapore national team. The Malaysia national football team () represents Malaysia in international football and is controlled by the Football Association of Malaysia. The national team is recognised by FIFA as the successor of the defunct Malaya national football team which was founded for the 1963 Merdeka Tournament one month before the institution of Malaysia.
