Amiruddin Hamzah
Dato' Wira Amiruddin bin Hamzah ( Jawi: أميرالدين بن حمزة; born 20 April 1962) is a Malaysian politician. He has been a member and Secretary-General of the Homeland Fighters' Party (PEJUANG) since its formation in August 2020 and was a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU). He has also served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kubang Pasu from May 2018 until November 2022. He served as Deputy Minister of Finance in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration from July 2018 to its implosion in February 2020. Amiruddin had previously served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Kedah State Legislative Assembly for the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party before leaving for BERSATU in 2017. His decision was caused by PAS' exit from the Pakatan Harapan coalition. Amiruddin is married to Nora Mohamed Noor. The Malay language has a complex system of styles, titles and honorifics which are used extensively in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the southern Philippines. Ahmad Bashah bin Md Hanipah is a Malaysian politician. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party in Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He was the Menteri Besar of Kedah from 4 February 2016 to 10 May 2018. He was appointed as Menteri Besar after Mukhriz Mahathir agreed to step down after losing majority support in the state assembly. Ahmad Bashah was sworn in as Menteri Besar of Kedah the day after Mukhriz resigned, on February 4, 2016. Following his appointment as Menteri Besar, Ahmad Bashah resigned as the Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism and as a Senator. Fadzil Noor
Dato' Ustaz Haji Fadzil bin Muhammad Noor ( ms, فاضل بن محمد نور, label= Jawi, script=arab, italic=unset; 13 March 1937 – 23 June 2002) was a Malaysian politician and religious teacher. He was the president of Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) from 1989 to 2002 and Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Malaysia from 1999 to 2002. Fadzil became the Deputy President of PAS in 1982, when Yusof Rawa ascended to the party's presidency. The election of Yusof and Fadzil marked a victory for the party's conservative ulama faction. Both men wanted PAS to advocate for an Islamic state in Malaysia modelled on the one that had arisen in Iran following the 1979 revolution there. The Malaysian United Indigenous Party ( ms, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia), abbreviated BERSATU or PPBM, is a nationalist political party in Malaysia. The party was preceded by the United Indigenous Association of Malaysia (). It is a major component party within the Perikatan Nasional coalition and the Barisan Nasional coalition, after the collapse of the Pakatan-led government. The National Front ( ms, Barisan Nasional; abbrev: BN) is a political coalition of Malaysia that was founded in 1973 as a coalition of centre-right and right-wing political parties. Azizan bin Abdul Razak (25 October 1944 – 26 September 2013) was a Malaysian politician who served as the 10th Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of the state of Kedah from 2008 to 2013.
