Amira Oron
Amira Oron (born 1967) ( he, אמירה אורון) is an Israeli diplomat and ambassador to Egypt since June 2020. She is the country's first female ambassador to Egypt. Biography Oron graduated from the Mae Boyar High School in 1984. Diplomatic career At the time of her nomination as an ambassador to Egypt on October 29, 2018, Oron was the Foreign Ministry’s head of the Middle East Economic Relations Department. She is the second woman to serve as an Israeli ambassador in an Arab state. Einat Shlain was the first when she was Israel's top diplomatic representative in Jordan. Abdel Fattah Saeed Hussein Khalil el-Sisi; (born 19 November 1954) is an Egyptian politician and retired military officer who has served as the sixth and current president of Egypt since 2014. While Israel lacks an official constitution, the Israeli Declaration of Independence of 1948 states that “The State of Israel (…) will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion, race or sex.” Israeli law prohibits discrimination based on gender in matters such as employment and wages, and provides for class-action lawsuits. David Govrin
David Govrin (born 23 August 1963) is an Israeli diplomat and the first Israeli Ambassador in Morocco. Career Govrin has served as an Israeli diplomat since 1989. He served as the First Secretary at the Israeli Embassy in Egypt (1994–1997) and as a Political Counselor in the Permanent Mission of Israel to the UN. Ayoob Kara ( ar, أيوب قرا, he, איוב קרא; born 12 March 1955) is an Israeli Druze politician. He has served as a member of the Knesset for Likud in four spells between 1999 and 2021, and as Minister of Communications.
