Amira Hess (born in 1943; Baghdad, Iraq) ( he, אמירה הס) is an Israeli poet and artist. Amira Masood (also Shah) is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera '' EastEnders'', played by Preeya Kalidas. The girlfriend, and later wife, of Syed Masood ( Marc Elliott), Amira first appeared on screen in the episode broadcast on 7 May 2009. Ameerah Haq is a Bangladeshi technocrat who served as United Nations Under-Secretary-General for the Department of Field Support, the highest-ranking Bangladeshi official at the United Nations, from April 2012 until her resignation in July 2014.
