Amir Karara
Amir Karara ( ar, أمير محمد حسين كرارة; born 10 October 1977) is an Egyptian actor and TV presenter. His real beginning came during his presentation of ''Star Maker'' in 2003. Karara is best known for his dramatic and action roles such as his roles in ''Karmouz War'' (2018), ''Horob Edtirari'' (2017) and ''Special Operations'' (2007). His most important series including '' Kalabsh'' (2017), ''Al Tabbal'' (2016) and ''Hawari Bucharest'' (2015). Karara's recent films have grossed high box office revenues. His series ''Kalabsh'' with all its parts, achieved great success in Egypt, where he became famous under the name "Basha Masr" or "Pasha of Egypt". ''El Fagr'' (; also ''Al Fagr'', ar, الفجر "The dawn") is an Egyptian independent weekly newspaper, based in Cairo. History and profile ''El Fagr'' was first published on 3 June 2005. The paper is part of Al-Fagr for Printing and Publishing Inc. The weekly, published on Thursdays, is a sensationalist publication. Hassan Amr is one of the former editors of the paper. As of 2013 Manal Lashin was the editor-in-chief of the weekly. In its 21st edition, dated 17 October 2005, ''El Fagr'' was the first newspaper worldwide to republish on its front page (one cartoon) and page 17, a total of six cartoons portraying the Islamic prophet Muhammad of twelve cartoons originally published in the Danish newspaper ''Jyllands-Posten''. ''Ruby'' is an Arab dramatic series, it's a remake of the 2004 Mexican version produced by Televisa and written by Yolanda Vargas Dulche. It was produced in 2012 and aired on MBC1 and Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation. Plot Ruby is a young, ambitious Lebanese woman who falls in love with a Syrian doctor but marries his Egyptian friend who is also her friend's fiancé. Ruby left her Syrian boyfriend simply because his Egyptian friend was a millionaire, and she fell for his money. Therefore, she breaks both her friend's heart and that of her lover. Kalabsh 2 (''Handcuff'') is a 2018 Egyptian TV-Series, a sequel to Kalabsh, which was aired on the previous Ramadan season. It was directed by Peter Mimy and written by Baher Dewidar.
