''American Horror Stories'' is an American anthology horror television series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for FX on Hulu. Premiered on July 15, 2021, the series serves as the third installment in the '' American Story'' media franchise and a direct spin-off from ''American Horror Story''. Horror is a genre of fiction which is intended to frighten, scare, or disgust.
