Amber Curreen
Amber Curreen (born ) is an actor and theatre producer based in Auckland, New Zealand. She played character Shannon Te Ngaru on ''Shortland Street''. She is a producer with Auckland theatre companies Te Rēhia Theatre Company and Te Pou Theatre. Life and career Curreen grew up on Waiheke Island. She is of Māori and Pākehā descent. Her father who died in 2017 was Ngāpuhi. From 2001 to 2006, Curreen was an actor in the television soap opera ''Shortland Street'' playing the character Shannon Te Ngaru. She was originally cast for a short period as a 16-year-old but her role was extended. Curreen is creative producer of Te Rēhia Theatre Company alongside Tainui Tukiwaho, a theatre company established in 2012. Te Rēhia co-produced a comedy play ''Black Ties'' with the ILBIJERRI Theatre Company as an "exploration of what happens when two First Nations cultures collide". Auckland Theatre Company (ATC) is a professional theatre company in Auckland. It was founded in 1992 and since 2016 has been based in ASB Waterfront Theatre in the Wynyard Quarter in central Auckland. Albert Belz
Albert Alexander Amahou Belz (born 1973) is a New Zealand actor, writer and lecturer. Belz was born in Whakatāne. He is Māori, of Ngāti Porou, Ngāpuhi and Ngāti Pokai descent. He lived in Auckland from the age of 12, then in Hamilton and Wellington. In 2012 he moved to Australia, before returning to New Zealand several years later. Paolo Rotondo is a New Zealand director, writer and actor of stage and screen. Biography Rontondo was born in Napoli, Italy, from a Neapolitan father and New Zealand mother of Irish descent. Tainui is a tribal waka confederation of New Zealand Māori iwi. The Tainui confederation comprises four principal related Māori iwi of the central North Island of New Zealand: Hauraki, Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Raukawa and Waikato.
