Amasya Eğitim Spor
Amasya Eğitim Spor is a women's association football club based in Amasya, Turkey. After finishing the 2015–16 season in the Turkish Women's Second Football League as the runners-up, they were promoted to play in the Women's First League. The team did not show up at any league match of the 2016–17 season, and so were relegated to the Second League. Stadium Amasya Eğitim Spor play their home matches at 12 Haziran Stadium (literally: June 12 Stadium) located in the center of Amasya as the city's only stadium. The Turkish Women's Football Super League ( tr, Kadınlar Süper Ligi), formerly the First Women's Football League (also known as the ''Turkcell Women's Football Super League'' for sponsorship reasons), is the top level women's football league of Turkey. In the 2022–23 season, one group of 10 teams and one group of nine teams play a double round robin and finals to decide a champion club, which qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. On 8 March 2021, the International Women's Day, the Turkish Football Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with the Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell. Amasya () is a city in northern Turkey and is the capital of Amasya Province, in the Black Sea Region. It was called Amaseia or Amasia in antiquity."Amasya" in ''The New Encyclopædia Britannica''. Turkish Women's Second Football League
The Turkish Women's Second Football League ( tr, Kadınlar 2. Futbol Ligi) is the third tier league competition for women's association football in Turkey. Format Teams promoted to Women's First League Format As of 2021-22 Season, 26 teams compete for promoting to 1st League. They were divided into four groups according to their geographical location. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The group winners and runners-up promote to 1st League,third teams in groups advance to the promotion play-offs.
