Amanda Hendrick (born 10 February 1990) is a Scottish fashion model. Early life Hendrick was born in Airdrie, Scotland and was educated at Airdrie Academy. Modelling career She appeared at Harvey Nichols's spring 2009 show. In 2011 a series of advertisements by online retailer Drop Dead clothing bearing her "underweight" image were deemed "socially irresponsible" by the Advertising Standards Authority and ordered removed. Hendrick has walked for many high fashion runway brands and was a Balenciaga exclusive at Paris Fashion Week in 2011. She also fronted a Topshop campaign and was the face of the Smashbox Cosmetics campaign which was a collaboration with artist Curtis Kulig. She was named ''Scotland's Most Stylish Woman'' at the Scottish Style Awards in 2011. Airdrie, North Lanarkshire
Airdrie (; sco, Airdrie; gd, An t-Àrd Ruigh) is a town in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. It lies on a plateau roughly 400 ft (130 m) above sea level, and is approximately 12 miles (19 km) east of Glasgow city centre. , the town had a population of around 37,130. Paris Fashion Week (french: Semaine de la mode de Paris) is a series of designer presentations held semiannually in Paris, France with spring/summer and autumn/winter events held each year. Jeffrey Patrick Hendrick (born 31 January 1992) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Newcastle United, and the Republic of Ireland national team. Hendrick spent his childhood years with boyhood club St. Kevin's Boys in his native Dublin. He had a number of unsuccessful trials in England before joining Derby County's youth academy in 2008. He made his professional debut in April 2011 after impressive performances with the reserve team led manager Nigel Clough to include him in the senior setup.
