Alyson Court
Alyson Stephanie Court (born November 9, 1973) is a Canadian actress. Beginning her career as a child actress, her first role was on the series ''Mr. Dressup'' (1984–1994) and she made her film debut in '' Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird'' (1985). Court continued to appear in educational productions, landing the lead role of Loonette the Clown on the series ''The Big Comfy Couch'' (1992–2002). As a voice actress, Court has appeared in several animated series, mostly notably as Lydia Deetz in ''Beetlejuice'' (1989–1991) and Jubilee in ''X-Men'' (1992–1997). She was also the original voice of Claire Redfield in the ''Resident Evil'' franchise, voicing the character for all of her appearances from ''Resident Evil 2'' (1998) to '' Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City'' (2012). ''Almost Naked Animals'' is a Canadian animated television series produced by 9 Story Entertainment for YTV. The series was created by Noah Z. Jones, who is also the creator of the Disney Channel animated series ''Fish Hooks''. It was based upon an art website that Jones created in 2005. YTV is a Canadian English language specialty channel owned by YTV Canada, Inc., a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment. The channel and its programming is targeted at children and young teenagers; its name was originally thought to be an abbreviation for "Youth Television", though the channel's website has denied this. ''Garbage Pail Kids'' is a series of sticker trading cards produced by the Topps, Topps Company, originally released in 1985 and designed to parody the ''Cabbage Patch Kids'' dolls, which were popular at the time. Each sticker card features a Garbage Pail Kid character having some comical abnormality, deformity, and/or suffering a terrible painful fate/death with a humorous word play character name such as Adam Bomb or Blasted Billy.
