Alvin Vincent Manley (born 24 June 1971 in Widener, Arkansas) is an American boxer who was an amateur standout but has limited success as a professional. Widener is a town in St. Francis County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 212 at the 2020 census, a decline from 273 in 2010. Geography Widener is located at (35.023559, -90.683886).
