Claudiano Alves dos Santos (born 7 October 1981), better known as Diano, is a retired Brazilian footballer who played as a defender. His last known club was Sriwijaya FC in the Indonesia Super League. Career Diano started his career at Guaçuano before being signed by Belasitsa Petrich on 19 July 2005. Diano joined Levski Sofia on loan for the second half of the 2006–07 season before leaving for Olimpik Baku in 2008. Diano spent two seasons with Olimpik Baku before joining Sriwijaya FC in the Indonesia Super League. Rafael Alves dos Santos, or simply Rafael Santos (born 10 November 1984 in Jaboticabal), is a Brazilian central defender. Career On 4 August 2009 Bologna F.C. 1909 signed the Brazilian defender from Atlético Paranaense on loan for one season. In June 2012 Santos signed a two-year contract, with the possibility of a third, with Arsenal Kyiv in the Ukrainian Premier League. He left Arsenal Kyiv in November 2013 when his contract was cancelled after the club was declared bankrupt. In December 2013 he agreed to a two-year contract with Gabala. On 6 January 2014 Santos completed his move to Gabala. On 20 December 2015, he extended his Gabala contract until 2017. He left Gabala in May 2017 after the expiration of his contract. Rui Baltazar
Rui Baltazar dos Santos Alves (born 1933) is a Mozambican lawyer, politician, and university professor who was an active supporter of FRELIMO during the Mozambican War of Independence. Biography Baltazar was born in Lourenço Marques (today Maputo) to a Portuguese Mozambican family. During colonial rule, he used his position as an attorney to defend political prisoners of the Portuguese authorities, and upon independence was appointed the first Minister of Justice People's Republic of Mozambique. In 1975, he also helped draft the Constitution of the newly independent nation. In 1978, he was appointed Minister of Finance, a position he held until 1986. In April 1986, he became rector of Eduardo Mondlane University, where he taught human rights law. He was also a member of the Mozambique Parliament from 1975 to 1992 and was Mozambique's representative to the EEC-ACP assembly. He signed the Lomé Convention on behalf of Mozambique in 1986.
