Altay Öktem
Altay Öktem (born 1964 in Istanbul) is a Turkish poet, writer, researcher and doctor.Mark Kirchner ''Geschichte der Türkischen Literatur in Dokumenten'' - 2008 p. 239 "Ein Freund, Altay Öktem, hat sich einmal daran gemacht, alle Fanzines zusammenzustellen. He studied at Kuleli Military High School and then medicine at Trakya University. He later devoted himself to poetry. In February 2002, he held a fanzine exhibit at Kargart (Kadıköy). Subculture
A subculture is a group of people within a culture that differentiates itself from the parent culture to which it belongs, often maintaining some of its founding principles. Subcultures develop their own norms and values regarding cultural, political, and sexual matters. Subcultures are part of society while keeping their specific characteristics intact.
